Digital License
CLIENT USAGE
Clients must use the digital files in line with the terms outlined in this agreement. The digital files are intended for personal use or as specified in a separately negotiated licensing agreement between the Client and Photographer. Clients are not allowed to submit the digital files to contests, reproduce them for commercial purposes without the Photographer's prior consent, or reproduce them in any manner by parties other than the Photographer.
Presha's Photography provides the Client with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce Digital Images via print or other physical media strictly for non-commercial use. This includes activities such as reprints, enlargements, gifts to family and friends, slide shows, and web pages. Clients engaging in commercial use must adhere to the terms of the expressly written licensing agreement negotiated with the Photographer prior to use.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Buyers may share blog post links and Facebook albums using share functions and direct links. All images posted on social media may require a direct link or credit to Presha's Photography as stipulated in the Contract. Buyers are prohibited from copying, screenshotting, or capturing the photographs in any other way. Additionally, Buyers should not significantly crop, edit, or add filters to any photographs.
PERMITTED Uses:
Display on personal websites and computers.
Making image prints for personal use.
PROHIBITED:
Resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission from the Photographer
Use the Media in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration
Use the Media in advertising
Use the Media in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner
Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks
Make the Media available for download
Neither Presha's Photography nor Presha's Photography's vendors will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or Buyer's use of the Media.
LICENSE
All images are the property of Presha's Photography and are protected by copyright law. They cannot be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without clear permission from Presha's Photography. The Photographer reserves the right to use all of Client’s images on the website, blogs, youtube or any other related marketing material.
